HELP!

So confused

So, I am HTML challenged, so can anyone hepl me with the link that we are suposed to put on our myspace page, I really don't have any idea on how to do it

    Hi! :)

    If you go to your myspace and “edit profile”, just pick a place to put this code (I put mine in the “Who I’d Like To Meet section, for instance.)

    That is the code, but you will have to put the symbols that look like this < around the code. So you will have < that on one side of it and then on the other side you will have the opposite one closing off the code.

    If you need any more help, let me know and I will be glad to try.

    I know that is confusing, but if I post the actual link like it should be, it will automatically code itself.
